Little Juke
- Sun 16 Feb 2025
- The Leopard
Emerging from the heart of the Midlands, Little Juke has swiftly made a name for
themselves in the indie rock scene since their formation in early 2024. Drawing
inspiration from a wide array of influences ranging from Arcade Fire to Alt-J, Radiohead
to Foals, and everything in between. The band has crafted a sound that is both dynamic
and deeply resonant.
Their debut single, Down The Rabbit Hole, showcases their unique blend of
atmospheric indie rock with intricate melodies and profound lyrics. The track caught
the attention of Radio X’s John Kennedy, who was ‘blown away’ upon first hearing it. He
went on to compare Little Juke's sound to the likes of Radiohead and Massive Attack.
In addition to their success on stage, Little Juke has achieved recent acclaim by writing
a track for BBC's *Phoenix Rise*, further establishing their versatility and appeal. The
band has been hard at work on new material, recording at the renowned RML Studios,
where they continue to refine their sound and prepare for their next big release.
