Memberships - Golf Membership FAQs
Yes. All of our memberships are available with easy to pay monthly direct debit.
No. All of our memberships are great value and offer unlimited 7-day access to the course.
No. In order to adhere to the strict social distancing measures that we have in place at Crookhill, there is no facility to offer in-person membership sign up or payment.
All memberships must be purchased using the online signup page.

Once you have signed up to a membership plan, you will receive an email confirmation from our direct debit partners Fast DD.
You will then receive a further email from BRS golf with your login details to the app and booking portal. We will aim to have these details to you within 24 hours from when you signed up.
Once you have these logion details, you can book yourself a round right away.
Please do not visit the course until you have received your login details and booked yourself a round.

Choose Swim is our Swimming Lessons programme for Children.
Simply sign up and enjoy weekly swimming lessons at your chosen DCLT Pool. Lessons run throughout the year each week, including school holidays, with a short break over the Christmas period.
Lessons are available for Babies, Toddlers and Primary School age children and are designed to make your child safe, confident and proficient in the water.
Choose Golf memberships offer year-round 7-day access to our popular Crookhill Park Golf Course.

No, no joining fees, just a simple monthly payment.
Hatfield - Aquapark FAQs
The minimum age to go on the Aquapark is 7 years old. Children aged 7- 9 must be accompanied by a swimming adult on a maximum of two children to one adult basis. Participants must be 122cm tall to go on the Aquapark.
Yes, you will need to be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters to go on the Aquapark.
Wetsuits & Buoyancy Aids
Wetsuits are mandatory on the inflatable. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids are provided free of charge as part of your ticket. Wetsuits are sanitised after each session.
Shoes
Shoes are not allowed on the Aquapark – wetsuit socks are the only footwear permitted. Please note that neoprene socks with rubber soles will not be allowed, they must be neoprene socks without soles.
Jewelry
Jewelry must be removed before you enter the park. This includes all removable earrings. If you have recently had any piercings you must apply tape to cover them.
No, glasses are not permitted on the Aquapark. You will need to wear contact lenses or prescription goggles.
Please arrive 30-40 minutes before your session starts time. You will need time to check in, get changed, and take part in a safety brief which is approx 10 mins before the start of your session.
The price is £17.50 per person if booked onsite and in person. Aquapark's price is cheaper £15.50 per person when the session is booked online and in advance.
Cancellations & bad weather
If a session for the Aquapark is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances or bad weather we will contact you in advance to move your booking to another date.
Transfers
If you wish to move your booking to another date we will require 72 hours' notice to move the booking. Aquapark sessions are nonrefundable and could only be moved to another date.
Yes, you can leave the park in the middle of a session but please let the lifeguard know you are leaving the inflatable and be aware that for safety reasons you will NOT be able to rejoin the session.
Outdoor changing facilities are available by the lake. Participants can use the facility to change before and after the session.
We have a bar and cafe-bar on-site. There are tables around the Aquapark area for your and/or your guests to sit on.
The tables around the Aquapark building are for cafe and bar customers.
Hatfield - Boat & craft hire FAQs
Choose between a Kayak, Canoe, or a Katakanu.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own craft and paddle around the lake in one of the designated sessions. All paddle boats are permitted.
We request evidence of your insurance and this must comply with British Canoeing regulations.
All buoyancy aids are provided. You are also welcome to use your own buoyancy aids, as long as they comply with European safety standards.
Children under 8 must be in a craft with a responsible adult.
Children age 8-12 years must have an adult on the water with them but this can be in separate boats.
Children age 12 - 15 years may explore the lake on their own but must have an adult supervising from the lakeside.
Membership - Choose Fitness
Simply go to the My Account section on the website where you can find out all the information about payments, cooling off period and length of agreement.
You can pick up your card on your first visit to your centre.
We recommend you do book an appointment with a fitness instructor, who can demonstrate how everything works and write a personal programme for you. Even if you’re gym confident it’s a good idea to familiarise yourself with the gym alongside an instructor. You can book your activation through My Account on the website.
We do also have an online activation on our website, if you really would rather prepare for your visit at home. Just watch the clips that demonstrate how the equipment and kit in the gym works and can be used for best results.
You can easily book a class with your member ID, this is set up for you at the time of joining.
As part of your membership, you have access to gym, group exercise and swimming sessions at all our leisure centres.
Yes, all our centres have ample free parking for our visitors.
You’ll need a pound coin – which is refundable for all our lockers.
All our swimming changing rooms are mixed sex changing villages which also include family changing rooms.
Yes, all our changing rooms have hairdryers.
All our sessions are mixed and appropriate swimwear is required, so please remember your swimming costume or trunks.
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, with water and a towel.
Yes, we offer members a 10% discount in our cafes and outlets.
Swim Lessons FAQs
For your child's first lesson, turn up ten minutes early and speak to a member of staff, who will be able to direct you.
They will need a pound coin, or token, for a locker, suitable swimming attire and a towel. Goggles can be worn and if you don't have these, they can be purchased from us. You may also want to bring shampoo and shower gel for after the lesson.
You will receive a link via an e-mail directing you to the Home Portal. This will give you your options for the next stage. Once you have selected your option your child will move to this new session automatically.
You will receive an e-mail once your child has been awarded a certificate this email will contain a link directing you to the website to purchase a badge and a certificate, this will then arrive to you in the post
If you have not already done so at the point of joining lessons, you can inform us of your child's medical condition , please inform the teacher on your first visit.. This will assist our teachers when delivering lessons and this information will remain confidential.
Yes, the monthly subscription paid for lessons covers fifty weeks of the year allowing for two weeks when there are no lessons.
Your child will be able to access swim 4 all sessions free of charge across the DCLT sites as part of choose swim membership.

Your child will be able to access Skate 4 All sessions Monday to Friday, free of charge as part of their Choose Skate membership.
You will need to book via our website, using your child's DCLT account. Your username will be the email address you used when signing your child onto skating lessons. You will then need to request a forgotten password to set up the account.

Yes, there are areas where you can sit and watch. Also our cafe will be open for hot drinks and snacks during the lessons.
Adult Swim Lessons FAQs
Our adult swimming lessons are from 16 years upwards and are for all levels and abilities.
Each adult will be assessed on the first lesson and allocated a class based on ability that will fit their needs and lesson criteria.
Lessons are once per week for 30 minutes.
Six people per class.
They will continue until you decide to leave and cancel your membership.
Lessons take place at Armthorpe, Dearne Valley, Rossington and Thorne. You’ll need to check the adult learn to swim timetable.
Yes, free recreational swimming is available at all our pools (excluding Big Splash).
Yes, these classes are for any adult wanting to learn to swim.
As part of the joining process, you’ll be sent full terms and conditions.
Choose Gymnastics FAQs
For your child's first lesson, turn up Fifteen minutes early and speak to a member of staff, who will be able to direct you.
Comfortable clothing that can ensure your child can move and perform the activities. This may be something like a school PE kit, or a leotard. Shorts and a T-shirt/vest is ideal.
You will receive a link via an e-mail directing you to the Home Portal. This will give you your options for the next Level. Once you have selected your option your child will move to this new session automatically.
You will receive an e-mail once your child has been awarded a certificate this email will contain a link directing you to the website to purchase a certificate, we will then post them out to you.
Inform the Staff on Site and The Gymnastics Instructor
If you have not already done so at the point of joining lessons, you can inform us of your child's medical condition, please inform the teacher on your first visit. This will assist our teachers when delivering lessons and this information will remain confidential.
Please let us know if your child is ill and they will not be attending their lesson. If they have had diarrhea or sickness in the 24 hours prior to their lesson they MUST not attend their lesson. They may still be able to pass on this illness to others during this period.
You can continue to pay for their lessons and retain their space or cancel and join again once they have recovered. Please note refunds will not be given for lessons you are unable to attend.

We allocate 60 minutes to complete the lesson and change overs from one lesson to another. During the lesson children will warm-up, undertake their activities and cool-down.
